Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SeenBy is operated by Abhishek Jain, a sole trader based in Ireland. By using seenbyresume.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For questions, contact support@seenbyresume.com.

2. The service

SeenBy is an AI-powered resume optimisation tool. You provide a resume and a job description; we return an ATS-optimised resume PDF with keyword analysis. The service is provided “as is” — we do not guarantee that using SeenBy will result in job interviews or employment offers.

3. Free tier

New users receive 3 free optimizations with no account required. Free usage is tracked by browser fingerprint and IP address hash. Attempting to circumvent the free tier limit (e.g. by using VPNs or multiple browsers to obtain additional free uses) is a violation of these terms.

4. Paid passes

We offer the following one-time passes:

• 24-Hour Pass — unlimited optimizations for 24 hours from purchase
• 7-Day Pass — unlimited optimizations for 7 days from purchase
• 30-Day Pass — unlimited optimizations for 30 days from purchase

All passes are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or auto-renewals. Access is tied to the browser and device used at checkout. If you lose access to your device, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

5. Refund policy and EU withdrawal right

Due to the nature of digital services delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a pass has been activated and an optimization has been performed. If you have not used your pass at all and believe you were charged in error, contact us within 48 hours and we will review your case.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SeenBy to fabricate experience, qualifications, or credentials you do not hold
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the SeenBy API
• Resell or redistribute optimized outputs as a commercial service without our permission
• Use SeenBy in any way that violates applicable law

7. AI-generated content

SeenBy uses OpenAI to rewrite resume language. The AI optimises phrasing and keywords based on the content you provide — it does not invent experience or credentials. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any resume you submit to employers. SeenBy accepts no liability for the content of AI-generated outputs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, SeenBy's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your pass. We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of employment opportunity, loss of income, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of SeenBy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
